Our Crowdfunding Groups
As I approach my third year of being cancer free, I am beyond excited to continue participating on the Lurie Cancer Center’s Associate Board. Together, we are a slate of young professionals dedicated to advancing cancer research, education, patient care, and community benefit. As members of the Associate Board, we individually contribute to and raise funds for the Associate Board Innovative Research Award, which will provide critical seed or bridge funding to an early-career scientific investigator conducting basic, translational, or clinical cancer research studies.
Each year, I am continually blown away by all of the donations given by friends and family. As I engage in my third year of cancer fundraising, I am hoping to reach a major and total fundraising goal of $20,000!!! In order to achieve this, I’m looking to raise $6,455 this year. With you, I know WE GOT THIS!
Please know that every single dollar raised goes directly to Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine to fund novel and critical cancer research. Each small and large gift makes a difference!
I cannot thank Lurie Cancer Center enough for what they continue to do for me and my family and I hope that you will consider supporting both innovative research and the many individuals and families impacted by cancer.
