WAVE Productions is fundraising to support its mainstage productions!!!
Our winter Louis Room production, She Kills Monsters, by Qui Nguyen takes us on an adventure as a girl leaves her childhood home in Ohio following the death of her teenage sister. When she discovers her sister’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook, however, she finds herself catapulted into a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure in the imaginary world that was once her sister’s refuge. In this high-octane dramatic comedy laden with homicidal fairies, nasty ogres, and ’90s pop culture, directed by Sarah Welford and produced by Ryan Nguyen, we are offering a heart-pounding homage to the geek and warrior within us all. Furthermore, we are so excited to explore themes of queerness, grief, and family onstage.
We are currently embarking on a crowdfunding campaign to bring this production to life, and that’s where you come in. Here's how you can help:

Any gift you are willing and able to make towards this cause would be extremely welcome, all gifts are 100% tax-deductible, and every dollar will go toward making this production possible, from paying for performance rights to costumes to set. Additionally, we hope to promote accessibility of the arts, and intend to have free admission at our show! We are so excited to foster collaboration, growth, and learning for our student designers and performers throughout this process!
