We have reached the end of our Northwestern Catalyzer campaign to fund our Food & Friends event this fall! We hit 102% of our goal of raising $4,000, and all the proceeds will go towards creating a welcoming space, meal, and conversation. We are so very grateful to NU Catalyzer - specifically, Scott Remington and Mairead Rose McNameeKing, for their guidance and sport along the way. If you did not get a chance to give and would like to, or if you would like to get involved with Real Food at NU in any way, feel free to reach out to Kara Rodby at kararodby2017@u.northwestern.edu. We can’t wait to see you all in the fall for Real Food Friendsgiving! #NUCatalyzer
Thanks to a generous community of donors, we have met our goal of $4,000 for our Food & Friends event! Having met this goal, we can provide students with a real food meal and collaborative, engaging discussion of how real food nourishes the producers, consumers, communities, and earth. We sincerely appreciate the generosity and support, and we encourage you to continue supporting! You can continue giving to our project until this Sunday, May 5!
By your warm generosity, we are 79% of the way to our goal of $4,000! We sincerely appreciate your commitment to providing students with an opportunity to explore topics of the current food system at Northwestern, and we welcome you to continue giving in order to bring more students into this conversation. Any donation, large or small, is wholeheartedly appreciated. Take a look at our most recent update video--another gem created by the talented foodie-vegan, Adam!
Thank you very much for the generous donations! We are well on our way towards providing a meaningful, real meal for students on campus. Since we launched our campaign, we have been busy meeting with administrators, distributors, and faculty, exploring the process to 20% real food. Catch a glimpse into our progress thus far, and how you can help out in our mission to provide a meaningful shift to real food on campus with this video created by a talented new member of NU Real Food, Adam Joel.
