Who are We?
The Dolphin Show is a non-profit student theatre organization that annually produces the nation's largest student-run musical.
Our Project
For the 76th annual Dolphin Show we have selected Ragtime, a story set in New York City during the early twentieth century. Through following the stories of the time’s immigrant communities, African American communities, and upper-class suburban communities, Ragtime shows us that there is no simple way to characterize the American experience. At a time where our country seems unable to quite define what America is, it is our hope that Ragtime will remind us all of the American ideals we must never cease to strive toward. With characters such as J.P. Morgan and Booker T. Washington, Ragtime provides a sprawling picture of America.
