*Update:* We’ve extended this challenge through Sunday at 11:59 p.m. PT. Please spread the word within your Wildcat circles and share this page!
We recently created an endowed Class of 2000 Scholarship Fund in honor of our 20th Reunion. This scholarship will provide a generous award to a talented and deserving student, each and every year, in perpetuity.
To kick-start support for this fund, we encourage all classmates to participate in a special challenge through 11:59 p.m. PST on Giving Tuesday, December 1. Jessica Jones Moment ’00 and Jason Moment are sponsoring this challenge, agreeing to match all gifts to the Class of 2000 Scholarship Fund. Here's why they're stepping up their support:
“I give to Northwestern because of the world it opened up to me and the doors it opened for me. Coming from a fairly homogeneous suburban town, Northwestern exposed me to ways of being and points of view from all over the country and the world. Being there literally expanded my world in the best way and gave me the courage to take risks like moving to San Francisco. Every time I jog past the Golden Gate Bridge, I pinch myself and think about how lucky I am to live in an international city where my kids take for granted going to school with kids from diverse backgrounds. I am grateful to Northwestern for giving me the opportunities that led me here.”
Your gift—in the amount that’s meaningful to you—will help future Wildcats have the academic, social, and leadership opportunities we did. Make your gift now to double your impact and boost support for this fund!
Thank you to everyone who has already contributed to our class scholarship!
