The Northwestern Women’s Club Volleyball team is more than a team; it is a family. While we of course love volleyball and winning, we pour just as much energy and enthusiasm into our team dinners, board game nights, and beach picnics. This is what makes us special: we balance competition with fun. Ours is a team of friends, both on and off the court!
The Northwestern Women’s Club Volleyball Team is working towards hosting another home tournament this year. Due to new sports facilities renovations, Northwestern now has the capacity to hold a volleyball tournament that can host up to 16 teams from various universities. Hosting a tournament will allow for various club teams from other universities to visit and enjoy Northwestern, as well as allowing the Northwestern community to conveniently watch the NU Women’s Club team doing what they do best: playing volleyball.
Funds will go towards buying game balls and paying refs and administrative officials. These funds are crucial for hosting a successful tournament here at Northwestern.
