Wow! The Black Formal Committee could never have imagined such a successful Catalyzer campaign. As we wrap up our fundraising campaign, we are grateful for the endless support we’ve had from the Northwestern community and beyond in our mission to host the best Formal yet. We cannot thank our project ambassadors enough who have worked tirelessly to solicit donors, our friends in NU Fundraising who support the work of Black Formal, and every donor who believes in the vision and mission of this year’s Formal. Our Catalyzer campaign may be over, but there are still countless ways to get involved. For more information on Black Formal and how to get involved, please reach out to one of the project leaders.

We did it!!! Thank YOU for all of the gifts, sharing of our project, and endless support of the work we do as a planning committee. Black Formal joined Catalyzer to fund the accommodation of as many Black students as possible at this year’s Formal, and with 100% of our goal of $2,000 met, we are able to do just that!

We have met 100% of our goal, but you all have continued giving! Each additional dollar raised beyond our $2,000 goal will go to offsetting the cost of student tickets so that we can offer a certain number at a free or discounted rate for those in need—thank you for your generosity! Keep liking, sharing, giving, and visiting our page for updates. We’re not done yet; let’s keep the momentum going!
